The Nova was discovered by Akihiko Tago (Tsuyama, Japan) on two films taken
July 13.558 and 13.560 UT at magnitude 9.2.
T-max 400 with a 55mm f3 unfiltered lens.
The nova was not recorded on previous films taken July 5 [11m, and July 9 [10.5m.
Spectroscopic confirmation was obtained by K Ayani and T Kawabata.
