Fellow of the British Interplanetary Society and Member of the Society for Popular Astronomy and the International Meteor Organisation.

I am vice Chairman of Hampshire Astronomical Group (HAG), where my current focus is on video detection of meteors using UFO Software and using R to measure/improve data quality.

I regularly give talks to HAG members and support visits to Clanfield Observatory by community groups of all ages and interests including University of Portsmouth Maths and Physics students as part of their coursework. In addition, with my wife Peta,  I have given talks to local groups on Meteors and Meteorites.
