NGC 3628 in Leo

This fine image of the "thin sliver" component of the Leo Trio was taken between 18th March and 11th April, 2010 at the SMAP site at Weed, New Mexico (elevation 7269 ft. Lat 32.8°N Long 195.5W). Telescope was an Officina Stellare RC400 with 3,304mm focal length, mounted on a Paramount ME. Camera was an SBIG ST-11000M plus FW-8L filter wheel.
The image was acquired by a remote session using RADMIN PC control from Ravenshead, UK. LRGB exposures:- 470:90:90:90 mins total, using 22x20 min plus 1x30min sub-exposures for Luminance and 9x10 min sub-exposures for each of the RGB at -25°C. All images binned 1x1.
