Many thanks to everyone involved in organising a most enjoyable BAA meeting at the Open University in MK yesterday. Great fun - and good to catch up with people. During the lunch break it was also a pleasure to be able to tour the OU observatory, with its very fine 16-inch Meade LX200 - looks like a great resource for the OU Astro Soc.
But for a complete change of scene, next Saturday it's off to York for the Historical Section meeting. Hope to meet up with many folks there, too, for what looks like a brilliant programme. If you are interesed in attending, see

Go well!

Yes, a very good meeting, well attended at an excellent venue with a nice lunch too. Thanks to everyone involved in the organisation. I've got recordings of the talks and the speakers' slides so I'll upload these soonish so that those who were not there can get a flavour of the event. In the meantime here are a couple of photos from the event.
