    Hi All,

    A few years ago I captured a meteor that seemed to split into two components which appeared to separate as they ablated.

    This type of behaviour must be related to the composition and structure of the meteorioid and be quite rare as I’ve only ever caught a handful of this type.

    I discovered I had caught another good example whilst reviewing captures from the last couple of weeks. In the composite image it looks like just any regular meteor. It pays to review the videos from time to tim, you never know what will turn up!
