Whilst on holiday there were A couple of clear nights and, whilst it was Bortle 5 skies, being a Sunday everything was closed and the light pollution was greatly reduced. This is the first opportunity I have had to photograph our own Galaxy. Jupiter is to the right and Saturn to the left with M8, M16 & 17 also clearly visible.
