Hi all,
Attached is a drawing of Mars I made on 30th August using the University of Leicester's 20 inch Planewave Dall-Kirkham. Seeing was around AIII and there were a number of interesting features on the disk:
- Solis Lacus present on the prec. side of the disk- lots of structure visible here.
- It seemed as if there were bright clouds present in Argyre
- Aurorae sinus also showed quite a bit of structure.
- A vague streak present in the Ganges.
- Mare Sirenum present on the following side of the disk.
Best wishes,
-Paul
