C/2019 U6 Lemmon and galaxy NGC 1964 in Lepus. 2020 May 9 at 0900UT. I visually observed the comet prior to moonrise using a pair of 15x70mm binoculars and estimated it at magnitude 7.8, dia 6' dc 5 Well condensed and surprisingly brighter than expected! |
