Juno at Perijove-3: Inbound and outbound sequences

For completeness, here are the best images just before and after Perijove-3 on 2016 Dec.11, labelled to show the major features that we were tracking.  They can be compared with the predicted and actual ground-based maps, on this web site at:

https://www.britastro.org/node/8103 (Jupiter in 2016-17, reports no.2B & 2C).

The images are the last ten before the perijove sequence (showing the northern hemisphere) and the first ten after (showing the southern hemisphere).  They were assembled and processed by Gerald Eichstädt, then enhanced and unsharp-masked and labelled by John Rogers.
