I have just had the misfortune watch the BBC TV programme Nature’s Microworlds (Serengeti). The narrator Steve Backshall grandly announcing that our planet is the greatest living puzzle in the Universe. As there appears to be many billions of planets in the Universe I am curious as to how he knows this. Perhaps we can infer that he has studied them all and I would be fascinated to study any notes he has! This presenter is no David Attenborough and it seems to me this programme would be more of a level for CBBC, similarly with that terrible Who Needs the Moon even in its revised form.
