BAA Awards 2005

At the BAA Exhibition Meeting on the 25th June 2005 the BAA presented this years awards.

The Steavenson Award to John Fletcher for an outstanding contribution to observational astronomy.

The Merlin Medal and Gift to Melvyn Taylor in recognition of a notable contribution to the advancement of astronomy.

The Lydia Brown Medal and Gift to Nick Hewitt in recognition of meritorious service to the Association in an honorary capacity
