SN2003da in UGC 4992, discovered 2003 April 6. IAU Circular 8108 : Apparent supernova found by T. Boles, Apr. 6.90, RA 9h 23m 47.56s, Dec 10º 48'.6, mag. 15.9, 1".8 W, 12".0 S. Additional unfiltered CCD magnitudes from Boles’ images: Feb. 2, [19.0; Mar. 2, [19.0?; Apr. 7.83, 15.9. It is not present on Palomar Sky Survey red or blue plates.
