One2See commenced in 2000 to research and develop Electroluminescent light panels which could be utilised for commercial applications. One of the first areas of development was the Electroluminescent Regulatory Road Sign and the related Sign sector in general. O2S has developed a product which, incorporated into a conventional road sign, will render that sign self-illuminating and more readily visible to all road users.
