A somewhat disappointing comet 59P/Kearns-Kwee as captured a few hours ago via iTelescope T24. Total integrated magnitude ~16.8 (using comphot by Nick James), which is more than 2 full magnitudes fainter than expected. Also the astrometry seems to be off by >0.3 arcmin. |
