Cometary nature of an unusual object 2018 EN4 (NEOWISE?)

WISE discovered an unusual asteroid on March 09th and it was completely stellar and around 20m5.
The periods was about 79 years and the periherion was 1.4 au.
Now it was within 1.5 au ftom the sun and revealed a coma.
The total magnitude was around 18m0.
